As of October 1, 2025, we have taken over the exclusive premium catering for all lounges of SWISS International Air Lines AG in Zurich and Geneva. We are now the culinary hosts for more than 1.7 million guests annually across 12 exclusive lounges spanning Business, Senator, and First Class.

Focus
Our clear focus is on regional Swiss products and a premium culinary experience:

- Wide variety of food offerings in the Business and Senator Lounges
- Tailored culinary lounge specials to meet guest preferences
- Exclusive multi-course menus with wine pairings at fine dining level
- Wine selection of around 90 labels, specialties from regional breweries and distilleries, as well as innovative regional independent brands
- Comprehensive offering of alcohol-free wines and spirits
Service & Sustainability
A specially developed DoN Academy training program ensures the highest service quality, tailored to the needs of international travelers.

We also set new standards in sustainability:

- Strict compliance with Swiss Responsible Sourcing guidelines
- A waste and circular economy concept with a zero-waste goal
A milestone for the DoN Group
With around 250 new employees at the Zurich and Geneva locations, the DoN Group is growing to over 2,300 staff. The annual revenue volume is in the mid double-digit million range – further strengthening the DoN Group’s position as an international player in premium catering.
