On October 24, DoN catered this year's Belvedere Fundraising Dinner at Belvedere 21! Around 400 guests from the fields of art, culture and science enjoyed purely plant-based food by the award-winning chefs Bernie Rieder & Max Aichinger and our catering team, true to this years's motto "GROW!". Vegan creations of black salsify, smoked pear and truffle as well as eggplant tartare with salt lemons, as well as porcini mushroom dumplings and butternut squash in the main course created enthusiasm at this gala dinner according to Green Event criteria.
