On September 5th, DoN had the honor of orchestrating the annual Belvedere Fundraising Dinner under the stars. With the picturesque backdrop of the Belvedere Castle, we welcomed over 700 distinguished guests to indulge in a truly unforgettable experience. Our Executive Chef Bernie Rieder and team crafted a sumptuous vegan gala dinner, including creations such as vegan "salmon," baba ganoush and tabouleh, as well as mushroom bourguignon with pumpkin dumplings and quiche lorraine for the main course. A dessert buffet featuring three types of chocolate, pistachio mousse, mango, orange, and coffee crème rounded made the culinary experience complete.
