On November 9th, the Walters Restaurant hosted its first exclusive St. Martin's goose dinner.
Executive Chef Bernie Rieder and team conjured up wonderful specialties for almost 230 guests and, in addition to the classic Martinigans, also impressed with a duck burger, Piedmont pizza with pink duck breast and much more. An autumnal wine selection and atmospheric live music perfectly complemented this culinary highlight.
